Senior Manager, Clinical Consulting & Plan Performance

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical consulting services and improve partner plan performance
• Act as a clinical subject matter expert to client services teams
• Deliver evidence-based clinical consulting and develop clinical programs
• Analyze pharmacy benefit plan performance metrics to identify trends
• Collaborate with internal leaders to align clinical efforts with organizational goals
• Support clinical discussions during sales, implementations, and ongoing operations
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders
• Support quality assurance efforts for clinical consulting services

Requirements

• PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
• Active pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in PBM, health plan, or pharmacy clinical consulting
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable insights
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy benefit management and clinical pharmacy practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management or process improvement methodologies
• Managed Care Pharmacy Residency
• MBA, MPH, or related advanced degree
• Previous experience working with health plans or PBMs
