Senior Manager, Client Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise client strategy by leading discovery sessions and developing strategic recommendations
• Partner with Enterprise Sales to drive strategy across proposals and pitches
• Collaborate with Creative, Creator, Media, Analytics, and Engagement teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Design repeatable systems and frameworks to strengthen deal execution and standardize discovery
• Identify opportunities to implement AI-assisted workflows for research, discovery, and proposal development
• Develop reusable strategic frameworks, methodologies, and agency points of view

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, enterprise marketing, or client strategy
• Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise pursuits
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Experience developing strategic frameworks or scalable business processes
• Demonstrated interest in applying AI to improve business outcomes
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect strategy to revenue growth
• Ability to operate in ambiguity while building new capabilities
