As a market leader, GyFTR aggregates digital gift vouchers for over 125 brands and serves more than 200 clients across BFSI, Loyalty, Retail, and E-commerce sectors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise and national accounts to ensure long-term partnerships
• Identify opportunities for business expansion through cross-selling and up-selling strategies
• Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with client business objectives
• Achieve revenue targets and proactively address client concerns to ensure high retention
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to facilitate seamless API integrations
• Guide clients on optimizing API integrations for enhanced performance
• Analyze client data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in key account management, enterprise accounts, or client servicing
• Experience in Fintech, digital payments, e-commerce, or SaaS industries preferred
• Proven track record in cross-selling and up-selling to enterprise clients
• Technical understanding of API integration and ability to collaborate with IT teams
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical ability to derive business insights from data
