Senior Manager, Client Services

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of exceptional services to clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth
• Manage a team of client service professionals and managers
• Optimize workflows and provide strategic guidance to solve business problems
• Guide managers in influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration
• Identify and resolve complex issues across multiple functional areas
• Direct the development and execution of management and functional strategies to drive revenue and profit
• Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular feedback and reviews
• Provide strategic input into budget development and oversight

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 8 years of leadership and management experience (or Graduate degree with 6 years of experience)
• Deep understanding of CRM systems and data analytics tools
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Google Workspace, and MS Office Suite
• Proven ability to analyze high-impact business problems and develop innovative solutions
• Experience managing fast-paced, high-production team environments
• Strong presentation and communication skills for senior leadership and clients
