Senior Manager - Client Retention, Health & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance requirements by analyzing existing coverage, evaluating risks, and understanding financial goals
• Drive the renewal process by assembling appropriate teams to develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and serve as a trusted adviser
• Perform market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive pricing, and new insurance products
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Finex, to address client needs and create proposals or RFPs
• Monitor client satisfaction, report and resolve issues, and ensure adherence to compliance standards
• Educate clients on risk management, market issues, and relevant industry trends

Requirements

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
• 7+ years of experience managing clients within the health and benefits space
• Proven track record in a B2B environment meeting and exceeding targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
• Basic understanding of the insurance industry with the ability to become a subject matter expert
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience facilitating group presentations
• Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving skills
