Senior Manager, Client Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and manage senior client relationships for enterprise and institutional customers across banking, custody, payments, and digital asset environments
• Act as the primary commercial and relationship owner for assigned clients, driving service expansion and account growth
• Identify client needs and shape service opportunities, including implementation, integration, and ongoing support
• Partner with Solutions and Delivery leadership to define engagement scope, value propositions, and expectations
• Support pre-sales and deal shaping activities, including proposal development, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
• Coordinate client governance forums, such as steering committees, QBRs, and executive reviews
• Act as the internal voice of the client, providing structured feedback to Product, Solutions, and Engineering teams

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in client management, account management, consulting, or service sales within fintech or financial services
• Proven success managing and growing enterprise or institutional client accounts
• Experience working in regulated environments such as banking, custody, payments, or capital markets
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with deal structuring, pricing, and contract management
• Fluency in Swiss German, German, and English
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with blockchain, digital asset, or crypto infrastructure platforms
• Background in consulting, system integration, or managed services organizations
• Familiarity with custody, payments, treasury, or capital markets systems
• Proficiency in French or Italian
