Senior Manager, Client Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and manage senior client relationships for enterprise and institutional customers across banking, custody, payments, and digital asset environments
• Act as the primary commercial and relationship owner for assigned clients, driving account planning and service expansion
• Identify client needs and shape service opportunities to sell Blockstream’s implementation, integration, and support services
• Represent client interests internally by collaborating with Delivery, Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams
• Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
• Lead client governance forums, such as steering committees and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively manage escalations in partnership with delivery leadership

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in client management, account management, consulting, or service sales within fintech or financial services
• Proven success in managing and growing enterprise or institutional client accounts
• Experience working within regulated environments such as banking, custody, or capital markets
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with deal structuring, pricing, and contract management
• Fluency in Swiss German, German, and English
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with blockchain, digital asset, or crypto infrastructure platforms
• Background in consulting, system integration, or managed services organizations
• Familiarity with custody, payments, treasury, or capital markets systems
• Proficiency in French or Italian
