Senior Manager Channel Marketing & Social Media

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute channel strategies across social, web, partner, and emerging platforms
• Own global social media strategy and day-to-day execution for platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and reach through strategic content activation
• Optimize channel mix and performance using data-driven insights and KPIs
• Lead and develop a small team responsible for social and channel execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, brand, and campaign management teams
• Translate complex technical topics into engaging, channel-appropriate content

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or MarCom, preferably in technology or engineering-led industries
• Degree in communications, journalism, PR, marketing, or a related field
• Strong hands-on expertise in social media management and multi-channel execution
• Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and technical audiences (engineers, developers, decision-makers)
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into actionable improvements
• Excellent command of English and strong analytical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing agencies or external partners
• Solid understanding of digital content platforms and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy
• Strong affinity for technology and the ability to build foundational technical understanding
