About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of partner-facing marketing programs to drive growth across distributors, manufacturer reps, and strategic accounts for HVAC portfolios.
- Build annual channel marketing plans aligned to revenue targets, product roadmaps, and regional priorities.
- Own MDF/co-op strategy, including policy, claims, and budget governance to improve ROI.
- Design seasonal promotions, SPIFFs, rebates, and bundle offers for new and base business.
- Launch through-channel demand generation campaigns across email, digital, social, and events.
- Drive partner enablement through certification programs, webinars, and the development of sales tools.
- Manage regional events, trade shows, and local activations to generate partner demand.
- Build dashboards to track MDF usage, campaign activation, and partner contribution.
- Lead and develop a team of channel marketers, coordinators, and agencies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing and/or communications experience, preferably in B2B or channel-driven industries.
- Proven people management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience working with B2B channel partners such as distributors, manufacturer reps, and contractors.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo/Eloqua).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboarding/BI tools and POS/ship-through analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail media or working with big-box retailers (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe’s).
- Advanced degree.
