Senior Manager, Channel Marketing

Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategies into effective customer and channel activation plans to drive growth and market share.
• Serve as the key connection between the Brand Team and Customer-specific Sales Teams.
• Adapt national brand campaigns for assigned channel customers and specific retail environments.
• Identify channel-specific opportunities to enhance shopper engagement and customer growth.
• Partner with Sales teams to support customer presentations, promotional plans, and activation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Category Management, and external agencies to deliver cohesive activation plans.
• Gather and analyze customer insights and feedback to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, customer marketing, shopper marketing, or brand marketing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience working with retail customers or consumer products.
• Understanding of shopper marketing or customer activation principles.
• Ability to analyze promotional performance and business results.
