Senior Manager, Cell Therapy Hub

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for site collaborators and manage all vein-to-vein (V2V) workflows from registration to infusion.
• Track patient cases, anticipate risks, and communicate critical information to manage expectations and ensure care continuity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Supply Chain, Medical, IT, and Commercial to resolve issues.
• Coordinate site enablement, training, and logistics to ensure COI/COC readiness and digital platform access.
• Resolve issues related to cellular starting material, IMP, and supplies to prevent treatment delays.
• Collaborate with QA and Manufacturing on OOS events, product recalls, and quality improvements.
• Develop internal and external SOPs and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the patient and site experience.
• Travel more than 50% to support sites and build relationships across the designated geography.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience within a Cell Therapy Program (e.g., Research Coordinator, Nurse Coordinator, Apheresis Nurse, Cell Lab Professional, or Quality Manager).
• Experience working within healthcare systems or highly regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage organizational complexity and solve site-facing problems.
• Ability to travel more than 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or Engineering (e.g., PharmD, NP, PA, or Biomedical Engineer).
• Experience working with critical raw material suppliers or contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs).
