Senior Manager, Category Management

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and supply through new partnerships with Banks and NBFCs
• Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle including identification, onboarding, and scaling
• Define functional vision and goals in alignment with organizational objectives
• Maintain and exceed business targets through data-driven decision-making frameworks
• Collaborate with Product Leaders to align category execution with product roadmaps
• Establish robust governance structures to mitigate business process risks
• Prepare the category for regulatory changes and industry developments
• Lead cross-functional problem solving and stakeholder management at the CXO level
• Coach and develop team members and define organizational structures

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent from a Tier-1 institute
• 7+ years of experience in Category Management, Fintech, or Lending
• Proven track record of managing high-volume business outcomes
• Exceptional influencing and communication skills for CXO-level relationship management
• Ability to build complex decision-making frameworks using first principles thinking
