Senior Manager | Category Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the merchant lending team by driving business growth and supply through strategic partnerships with Banks and NBFCs
• Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including identifying, onboarding, and scaling new lending partners
• Manage existing lender partnerships across strategic, operational, commercial, and compliance domains
• Define functional vision and goals in alignment with organizational objectives and product roadmaps
• Drive business outcomes by developing data-driven frameworks for decision-making and execution
• Establish robust governance structures to identify and mitigate risks within business processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex challenges and align with product release strategies
• Act as the "Voice of the Function" during strategic reviews and organizational updates

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent from a Tier-1 institute
• 7+ years of experience in Category Management, Fintech, or Lending
• Proven track record of managing high-volume business outcomes in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience managing CXO-level relationships
• Strong "First Principles" thinking and ability to build complex decision-making frameworks
• Expertise in stakeholder management and driving cross-functional execution
