Senior Manager, Capital Markets & Strategic Finance

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising activities, including future private financings and IPO preparation
• Develop and evaluate financing structures for AI infrastructure deployments, strategic partnerships, and customer engagements
• Support development of financing strategies for sovereign AI, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure opportunities
• Analyze capital structure alternatives, including debt, structured equity, project financing, and government-backed funding programs
• Build financial models supporting strategic initiatives, investments, and commercial opportunities
• Support M&A, strategic investments, and corporate development activities as needed
• Prepare materials for management, Board, and investors

Requirements

• 3–6 years in investment banking, structured finance, infrastructure finance, project finance, private equity, venture debt, or strategic finance
• Strong financial modeling and transaction execution skills
• Interest in AI infrastructure, semiconductors, and deep technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with complex financing structures
• High intellectual curiosity regarding AI, semiconductors, and technology infrastructure
