About the role

Responsibilities

  • Translate future business priorities into clear capability plans and build frameworks to surface emerging skill gaps.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner and chief of staff to the VP of People & Leadership Development (P&LD).
  • Own the organizational capability portfolio, ensuring strategic coherence and managing the learning roadmap end-to-end.
  • Curate the P&LD partner ecosystem by managing vendor strategy and senior relationships.
  • Define and maintain playbooks, standards, and frameworks to drive consistent ways of working across the function.
  • Govern measurement and impact frameworks to connect capability investment to organizational outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to hold complexity and ambiguity at pace with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience turning high-level business strategy into actionable plans and frameworks.
  • Senior-level credibility with experience influencing leaders and facilitating high-level conversations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity.
  • Experience in portfolio, program, or planning management within a complex organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to workforce planning, skills intelligence, or capability assessment.
  • Experience working within or alongside HR, Talent, or Organizational Development (OD) functions.
  • Familiarity with large-scale capability or learning ecosystems.
  • Experience rationalizing supplier or partner networks.
  • A genuine interest in the future of work and organizational capability.
