Senior Manager Capability and Development

Responsibilities

• Own cross-pillar coordination and execute complex tactical work to drive operational momentum.
• Manage multiple workstreams independently across functional areas including Tools, Process, Metrics, Training, and IT Roadmaps.
• Drive tactical and analytical initiatives to scale the team to the enterprise Supply Chain level.
• Produce executive-ready reporting, SteerCo materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct benchmarking and synthesize findings to provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and work across cross-functional teams with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, training and development, and project management.
• Deep experience in program coordination, operations, or a COE/PMO environment.
• Proficiency in Jira, SharePoint/LMS, and data reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and shift priorities within a fast-moving, scaling organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations or a direct supply chain environment.
