Senior Manager, Business Services

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a substantial client portfolio, acting as a senior advisor across compliance, tax, and business matters
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to build capability and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Review complex financial statements, income tax returns, and compliance obligations for corporate and family groups
• Provide strategic tax planning, structuring, and tailored business advice
• Oversee workflow, resourcing, and budgets to ensure engagements are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Contribute to the management of a growing fee base and identify new growth opportunities
• Support the daily operations of a dynamic 5-partner Business Services team

Requirements

• CA/CPA qualification
• Strong accounting experience within a professional services or accounting firm environment
• Proven experience leading complex client groups across compliance, tax, and advisory work
• Strong leadership and mentoring capability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial acumen with the ability to apply technical knowledge to complex client situations
