Senior Manager, Business Planning & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Create mid-to-long term strategies for the T-Mobile account team and develop strategic communications for internal and external audiences
• Analyze competitive marketplace intelligence to develop tactics for growing market share
• Develop business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, financial models, and ROI analysis
• Provide senior management with insightful analysis on competitive threats, market trends, and sales channel impacts
• Manage revenue acceleration programs in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
• Lead and execute cross-functional meetings, workshops, and strategic projects to develop new revenue streams
• Own key reporting for product launches and drive periods to SEA and HQ

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of industry experience, or a Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience
• Proven experience in mobile categories with similar go-to-market strategies
• Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and financial acumen skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with various levels of leadership
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects within established timeframes
• Proficiency in developing tasks and working assignments based on evolving objectives
