Senior Manager, Business Operations & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Own the operational cadences of the product organization, including sprint reviews, roadmap planning, and cross-functional syncs.
• Build and maintain systems and processes that keep product teams aligned and unblocked.
• Oversee the development of models, forecasts, and scenarios to support product goal-setting and resource allocation.
• Partner with Data teams to develop deep understanding of retention, feature adoption, and growth drivers.
• Own frameworks that guide product prioritization, including audience focus, TAM sizing, and monetization strategy.
• Lead pricing and packaging analysis in partnership with Finance and Product leadership.
• Manage the product partnerships pipeline from initial evaluation through execution.
• Lead planning and execution for high-priority special projects and undefined, ambiguous problem spaces.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or high-growth tech company in strategy, product ops, or business operations.
• 3+ years of experience as an operator embedded within a product or technology organization.
• Fluency in product metrics and a strong intuition for user growth, retention, and engagement.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Proven track record of managing complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with C-suite and product leadership.
• Must have US work authorization.
