Senior Manager, Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives across energy, infrastructure, cloud, and SG&A
• Build M&A integration playbooks and frameworks to standardize deal execution
• Lead end-to-end integration execution for active transactions across product, finance, legal, and engineering
• Structure ambiguous problems and deliver actionable recommendations to executive leadership
• Design and roll out operational frameworks to improve company planning and decision-making
• Manage high-stakes ad-hoc projects from definition through to outcome

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, or investment banking
• Experience in high-growth technology or capital-intensive companies
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive alignment across teams without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running M&A integrations and building work-plans
• MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative or business discipline
• Experience with consumption-based or capital-intensive business models
• Background in AI, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or AI chip development
