Senior Manager, Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee the utilization of the Operations analysis team to serve as primary liaisons between internal/external customers and leadership.
• Build customer-focused relationships with Senior Management to align project objectives and promote data analysis capabilities.
• Develop, lead, and present recommendations for operational strategic plans and initiatives to advance divisional missions.
• Manage the professional development, growth, and quality of Operations Analysts to build high-performing teams.
• Provide domain-specific subject matter expertise and advisory services to Operations Teams.
• Coordinate the approval of recommendations regarding operational dashboards, SLAs, operating procedures, governance structures, and metrics for process and cost improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations analysis and driving operational strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Expertise in managing and developing analytical teams.
• Deep understanding of operational dashboards, SLAs, and governance structures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement and cost-optimization initiatives.
