About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic governance for a $300m budget portfolio to enable fact-based decision-making.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in partnership with Finance and business stakeholders.
- Deliver actionable variance analysis, scenario modeling, and financial insights to support executive leadership.
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation, operating model redesign, and process optimization initiatives.
- Implement technology-enabled solutions and automation to improve reporting, analytics, and workflow efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional programs across multiple geographies, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and objectives.
- Establish governance structures, KPIs, and performance metrics to track business impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, GCC, or multinational environments.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reporting.
- Deep experience in financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Proficiency in Workday, Adaptive, or similar ERP and planning systems.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
