Senior Manager, Business Intelligence Analyst/Data Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts and business intelligence professionals
• Develop and execute the segment’s business intelligence reporting and analytics strategy
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions
• Establish best practices for BI solution development, including usability, performance, and lifecycle management
• Drive data governance to ensure high levels of data quality and integrity
• Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and translate business needs into scalable BI solutions
• Collaborate with data architecture and IT teams to identify data gaps and support integration needs
• Communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, business analytics, or data analysis roles
• 7+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within an analytics or reporting team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (Desktop and Service)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational data structures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing enterprise-level data strategies
• Experience with Palantir Foundry
• Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques
• Proven success in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
