Senior Manager, Business Development

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and deepen relationships with Taiwan’s media agencies, media, digital service providers and other institutions
• Create client strategy, actionable roadmaps, and identify new business growth opportunities
• Manage the full business development process including prospecting, negotiating commercial deals, and client onboarding
• Collaborate with functional teams to execute promotion campaigns and strategic initiatives
• Monitor market movements and provide data-driven insights to partners and internal teams
• Own assigned business targets and lead growth for specific verticals

Requirements

• University graduate
• 5-8 years of ad sales or business development experience in media, marketing agency, or digital service industries
• Experience driving growth in B2B2C or two-sided marketplace models
• Strong understanding of Taiwan’s digital advertising ecosystem
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI initiatives and building agentic workflows for automation
• Experience dealing with online channels
