About the role
Responsibilities
- Convert and optimize inbound sales cycles for high-value accounts ($16k+ ARR)
- Design and execute outbound prospecting sprints to identify high-performing verticals and personas
- Architect inbound infrastructure including automated lead routing and CRM workflows
- Define strategic Rules of Engagement to transition self-serve users to commercial agreements
- Provide data-backed recommendations for future SDR and AE hiring
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Background in high-velocity inbound and strategic outbound prospecting
- Technical proficiency with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience in a 0-to-1 environment defining sales motions
