About the role

Responsibilities

  • Convert and optimize inbound sales cycles for high-value accounts ($16k+ ARR)
  • Design and execute outbound prospecting sprints to identify high-performing verticals and personas
  • Architect inbound infrastructure including automated lead routing and CRM workflows
  • Define strategic Rules of Engagement to transition self-serve users to commercial agreements
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for future SDR and AE hiring

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
  • Background in high-velocity inbound and strategic outbound prospecting
  • Technical proficiency with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience in a 0-to-1 environment defining sales motions
