Senior Manager, Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide direct people leadership to approximately 11 Business Analysts within GWM Digital, managing hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Lead and evolve the Business Analysis capability to support a modern, Digital Agile operating model.
• Define and enforce enterprise-grade BA standards and ways of working to ensure delivery readiness and predictability.
• Manage BA capacity planning and allocation across digital portfolios to align with funded OKRs and stable product teams.
• Serve as the functional authority for BA across Product, Technology, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
• Ensure agile delivery teams maintain sustained backlog readiness through disciplined refinement and sprint execution.
• Drive continuous improvement by using delivery outcomes, velocity, and readiness metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, digital delivery, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership and developing high-performing analyst teams.
• Strong expertise in digital business analysis, agile delivery, and requirements management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities at both strategic and execution levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within financial services or wealth management.
