Senior Manager, Brand & Social Media Marketing

Responsibilities

• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across DSPs and social media to drive streaming growth and audience engagement
• Serve as the creative steward for the Kobalt brand across all outward-facing touchpoints, including print, digital, and internal materials
• Manage the company's visual identity, central asset libraries, and website content
• Create and edit high-quality video and graphic content for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
• Act as a primary point of contact for platform partners such as Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and Apple
• Monitor campaign performance and maintain reporting dashboards to optimize ROI
• Manage relationships with external agencies and contractors

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, and creative production
• Proven track record of managing platform partnerships and digital campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and InDesign
• Experience in video production for both external social media and internal corporate environments
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to engage with internet culture authentically
• Ability to work as an entrepreneurial solo contributor, handling both strategy and execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the music industry or the creator economy
• Fluency in Spanish to support the growing LatAm roster
