Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, Sportswear, France

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sportswear brand vision for France by translating global and EMEA directions into locally relevant storytelling and campaigns.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies that strengthen Nike's connection to sport, style, sneaker culture, and youth culture.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Retail, Communications, Digital Creative, and Social Community to deliver connected consumer experiences.
• Build and maintain authentic relationships with athletes, creators, tastemakers, and cultural communities in France.
• Guide and develop a high-performing team of brand marketers, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
• Utilize consumer insights and cultural trends to identify new marketing opportunities and sharpen brand storytelling.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in brand marketing, specifically within the sportswear or lifestyle sectors.
• Deep expertise in sport, style, sneaker culture, and the French cultural landscape.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance long-term brand building and immediate market opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships across diverse functions and geographies.
• Exceptional people leadership skills with a commitment to coaching and developing talent.
• Fluency in both French and English.
