About the role
About the Company
RADAR is building the data infrastructure layer for the physical world, starting with retail. Our hardware-enabled SaaS platform uses proprietary overhead sensors, software, and AI-powered analytics to locate every product in a store, continuously, down to the fixture. We are a high-growth, Series B company valued at $1 billion.
Responsibilities
- Drive brand positioning, messaging hierarchy, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Develop and maintain a messaging architecture and campaign calendar
- Build brand guidelines and self-serve toolkits for the broader organization
- Manage the redevelopment of the company website and social channels like LinkedIn
- Partner with PR agencies to maximize founder visibility and earned media
- Drive internal communications to keep the organization aligned
- Track and report on channel and campaign performance using data
Requirements
- 8-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology
- Experience building or evolving a brand platform (positioning, messaging, visual identity)
- Ability to translate complex technical subject matter into compelling external language
- Strong digital fluency and website strategy experience
- Experience managing external channels including LinkedIn and earned media
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights)
- Experience managing freelance or agency talent in copywriting and design
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with a CMS and website redesign projects
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Event management experience
- Experience in retail technology, supply chain, or adjacent B2B verticals
