Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead country-level marketing strategies for France, translating global brand direction into impactful local execution.
• Drive end-to-end seasonal planning to create brand impact and energize key stories.
• Engage with local communities and sub-cultures to build brand energy and relevance on the ground.
• Leverage deep knowledge of the Paris streetwear ecosystem to identify opportunities and cultural partnerships.
• Manage country marketing reporting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
• Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Create city-led brand moments, programs, and hyper-local storytelling based on global concepts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in management and team leadership.
• Deep understanding of the Paris cultural landscape, including youth culture, fashion, music, and the streetwear scene.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate long-term vision into local execution.
• Proficiency in budget and project management.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in both French and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Local candidates with a deep, existing understanding of the French marketplace.
• Experience working within the Converse ecosystem or similar creator-driven brand environments.
