About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of holistic country marketing strategies for the UK and Ireland marketplace
- Drive end-to-end seasonal planning to energize key brand stories and ensure alignment with global direction
- Translate global brand strategies into impactful, locally relevant campaigns and consumer experiences
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration between local commercial teams and global brand counterparts
- Drive engagement within key city communities and cultural subcultures through localized programs and partnerships
- Oversee marketing reporting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
- Lead storytelling and localized content development aligned with global concepts
- Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing local marketing team
