Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term brand strategy, mission, vision, and positioning for a new sports IP
• Establish global brand identity frameworks, tone-of-voice, and core brand behaviors
• Partner with insights teams to develop and validate audience segmentation
• Develop and execute priority market strategies on a global scale
• Lead brand-defining campaign development in collaboration with creative agencies
• Identify and shape authentic brand integrations within the game environment
• Manage direct reports through coaching and mentoring
• Oversee global brand guidelines and overarching brand budget allocation

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand marketing, ideally with culture-influential brands
• Experience aligning diverse stakeholders and driving executive-level decision-making
• Global career experience with appreciation for regional and cultural nuances
• Exceptional communication and collaborative skills
• High operational agility and ability to react to rapid changes
• Genuine passion for sports and staying connected to cultural trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience establishing new IP during the pre-production phase of entertainment or gaming
• Experience collaborating with game developers to translate product features into cultural narratives
