About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct creative strategy and execution for priority brand concepts across the Pacific region.
- Lead end-to-end creative processes, from initial briefing through reviews to final delivery.
- Extend global brand platforms with locally resonant ideas and consumer experiences.
- Apply creative leadership to social storytelling, with a specific focus on TikTok and @nikeaustralia.
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Digital, Retail, Media, Sports Marketing, and Communications teams.
- Manage agency relationships, production planning, and creative budgets to maximize impact.
- Present creative work to senior leadership to inspire alignment and momentum.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in creative strategy and graphic design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership across multiple creative disciplines.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% for production and experience activation.
- Contemporary understanding of social storytelling and high-performing content creation.
