Senior Manager, Brand & Consumer Marketing

Responsibilities

• Localize the brand positioning for Japanese consumers across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and technology
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencer, and experiential channels
• Build and manage a creator and influencer ecosystem including talent agencies and media partners
• Develop compelling consumer storytelling narratives across earned, owned, and paid channels
• Monitor Japanese consumer trends and internet culture to ensure brand relevance
• Partner with Growth and Product Marketing teams to drive user acquisition and retention
• Define and track KPIs for brand health, engagement, and business outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, creative, and business development teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in brand, consumer, or integrated marketing
• Proven track record of building brands or consumer businesses in Japan
• Deep understanding of Japanese consumer culture and the local media landscape
• Expertise in influencer marketing and community building
• Working knowledge of performance marketing and attribution frameworks
• Strong analytical skills to inform marketing strategy
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
