About the role
Responsibilities
- Unify data logic and attribution models across territories with Marketing Ops and RevOps.
- Influence the global BDR roadmap to optimize Lead-to-SQO-to-VO conversion rates.
- Design contextual BDR playbooks, objection handling scripts, and speed-to-lead SLA protocols.
- Analyze call recordings and funnel performance to reduce friction and improve conversions.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, call scripts, and multi-channel sequencing.
- Develop database activation plays for closed-lost opportunities and intent-signaling prospects.
- Orchestrate strategic pre-event outreach and post-event blitzes with Field Marketing.
- Define signal-based prospecting strategies for low-intent leads and nurture thresholds.
- Refine lead scoring and funnel logic to improve lead-to-MQL, MQL-to-SQO, and SQO-to-VO rates.
- Forecast BDR capacity needs and optimize territory distribution for inbound volume trends.
Requirements
- Experience in BDR operations, sales operations, or revenue operations.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach.
- Ability to translate business goals into operational requirements and interpret strategic data.
- Deep understanding of BDR workflows and cold-call friction points.
- Conviction to drive change with professional maturity and trust-based relationships.
- Comfort working across global time zones including Sydney, Tel Aviv, London, New York, and San Francisco.
