Senior Manager - BD & NPI

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of large-scale and complex projects from inception to completion to ensure delivery on time and within budget
• Design, communicate, and implement operational plans while monitoring progress and resolving performance issues
• Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources, including materials, equipment, and project staff
• Prepare designs, work specifications, schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure all project targets are met
• Liaise with various organizational departments to secure specialized resources and contributions
• Conduct project meetings and prepare status reports for stakeholders
• Coach and mentor project staff to assist in problem-solving

Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven expertise in operational planning and project scheduling
• Strong skills in budgeting and forecasting
• Experience in resource allocation and management
