About the role
Responsibilities
- Own Bilt's B2B social presence on Twitter and LinkedIn, targeting property owners, operators, and industry stakeholders
- Develop and execute a content strategy that positions Bilt as an innovative leader in rewards, real estate, and fintech
- Create high-quality content across multiple formats, including written posts, threads, long-form articles, and short-form video
- React to news cycles and industry trends to reinforce Bilt's narrative and maintain a timely, reactive social presence
- Drive executive thought leadership by managing social channels for senior leaders and drafting authentic, high-impact content
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams to align social content with company milestones and product launches
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or thought leadership
- Experience in a high-growth startup or fintech environment
- Deep fluency in AI and emerging technology
- Expertise in Twitter and LinkedIn culture with a proven ability to build audiences
- Strong, versatile writing skills with the ability to adapt between brand and executive voices
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content calendars and stakeholders
