Senior Manager/Associate Director FP&A

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis across Flagship and portfolio company activities
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages for leadership
• Partner with senior finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations
• Build, enhance, and maintain AI-based dashboards and finance reporting tools to track KPIs such as cash burn, runway, and headcount
• Collaborate with Principals and Associates to convert scientific assumptions into expense and headcount forecast scenarios
• Drive ad hoc analyses related to portfolio performance, investment planning, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Finance
• Proven track record of designing and deploying AI-based dashboards and analytics to improve decision-making
• Prior experience in Biotech, MedTech, or AgTech is required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Power BI
• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience working in high-growth or venture-backed environments
• Passion for technology and AI applications in finance
