Senior Manager - Artificial Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation.
• Establish and operationalize AI assurance frameworks to ensure ethics, risk, compliance, and enterprise governance.
• Ensure AI models are robust, scalable, secure, and production-ready with strong lifecycle management and traceability.
• Define standards for model validation, testing, and continuous monitoring, focusing on performance, accuracy, fairness, and explainability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-driven products and services.
• Support enterprise AI strategy by advising on advanced AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and work with Legal, Risk, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure defensible AI decision-making.
• Act as a thought leader, providing guidance, mentorship, and training on AI governance and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning techniques and algorithms.
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI, governance, and risk frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
