Senior Manager, Arrival & Departure System

Responsibilities

• Own the ADS platform end-to-end, including UI/UX, backend administrative functions, and data distribution pipelines
• Act as product owner driving change delivery, managing backlogs, and coordinating testing/UAT
• Establish and enforce strict data standards, validation rules, and role-based access controls
• Build operational dashboards and reports to inform daily operations and readiness reviews
• Serve as the primary ADS point of contact for Responsible Organizations and Delivery Partners
• Translate ADS outputs into integrated operational plans with Transport, Accommodation, and Accreditation teams
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of FTEs, contractors, and volunteers
• Maintain security, privacy, and compliance controls for participant data

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technical systems and implementations
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, engineering, or a related field
• Proven success owning software/platform backlogs and driving prioritization
• Experience with release readiness, change delivery, and cutover planning
• Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Working knowledge of MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow
• Experience in customer experience management or enterprise product helpdesk workflows
