Senior Manager - Applications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the Applications Business Unit
• Define go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment
• Manage the BU’s P&L, including revenue forecasting and budgeting
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical and functional teams
• Engage with key clients to understand business needs and maintain relationships
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
• 8+ years of leadership experience in application development or business unit management
• Proven experience in software development
• Strong understanding of business processes and market dynamics
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
