Senior Manager, APAC Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain operations across multiple businesses within the APAC region, ensuring high service levels and cost competitiveness.
• Partner with global supply chain leadership to translate enterprise strategy into regionally aligned execution plans.
• Drive alignment and collaboration across business units to leverage scale and optimize shared resources.
• Lead and continuously improve the regional Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align demand, supply, and financial plans.
• Coordinate demand planning, supply planning, master production scheduling, and inventory management.
• Partner with regional manufacturing and global logistics teams to optimize production and distribution networks.
• Monitor and manage key supply chain KPIs, including service levels, inventory, cost, and working capital.
• Lead, coach, and develop a regional supply chain organization, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience across planning, operations, or logistics.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proven analytical and financial acumen, including cost-to-serve and inventory optimization.
• Demonstrated experience driving Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and cross-functional alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration (MBA).
• Experience working within a global supply chain organization with regional execution responsibility.
• APICS or similar professional supply chain certification.
