Senior Manager and Director - Data, AI and Records Risk Management and Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale client engagements delivering high-quality solutions across Line 1 and Line 2 data management, AI risk management, and records management.
• Collaborate with business and technology consulting teams to design end-to-end solutions, including data lifecycle management and regulatory reporting.
• Build and maintain strong senior stakeholder relationships across risk, data, and technology functions.
• Drive business development activities and lead complex proposals to generate new opportunities.
• Develop innovative insights and thought leadership in emerging areas such as AI and records risk.

Requirements

• Proven experience advising clients on risk governance, strategy, reporting, and controls.
• Strong background in programme delivery, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks including APRA, ASIC, and international standards related to data and AI risk.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business development and lead impactful client outcomes.
• Expertise in managing complex risk and data transformation initiatives within financial services.
