Senior Manager Analytics

Responsibilities

• Ensure strategic alignment between sales goals and the sales framework, processes, and support mechanisms
• Generate data-driven insights and forecast strategy plans as the Field Strategy liaison
• Design and maintain scalable data architecture, models, and pipelines for new and supplemental data sources
• Collaborate with engineering on data governance and documentation standards
• Optimize technology and workflows to support field teams and sales processes
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, surface insights, and streamline reporting
• Implement processes to improve the efficiency and quality of the Stylist experience
• Perform cohort analysis to identify opportunities for segmented guidance
• Collaborate with senior management on seasonal and monthly sales planning and incentive schedules
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasting and model validation
• Partner with merchandising and training teams to drive seasonal sell-through and tool adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 10 years of experience in a related field with a history of improving sales productivity and retention
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics for decision-making
• Analytical problem solver comfortable with ambiguous and complex opportunities
• Expertise in financial modeling and proficiency in Excel
• Expertise with SQL, Tableau, and other Business Intelligence/Data Visualization tools
