Senior Manager Alliances & Joint Venture

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive long-term strategies for alliances and joint ventures to enhance network competitiveness and commercial value.
• Lead strategic discussions with partner airlines regarding codeshare, interline expansions, and joint venture collaborations.
• Drive partnership-enabled revenue performance across a portfolio exceeding $200M, ensuring contractual compliance and optimization.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and governance of all partnership agreements, including codeshare, SPA, and blockspace contracts.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of new partnerships, including business case development and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide strategic guidance for codeshare schedule publication to ensure optimal connectivity and distribution.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, providing senior-level recommendations on risks and opportunities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster analytical discipline and commercial thinking.

Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in Alliances, Network, Revenue Management, Sales, or Marketing within the airline industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex airline partnerships, joint ventures, or large-scale commercial programs.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen with the ability to translate complex data into strategic actions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management systems such as Zenz.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with the ability to influence diverse global teams.
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to lead multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
