Senior Manager AI/ML Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-value AI/ML solutioning initiatives from discovery through deal closure
• Define scalable AI architectures and reusable solution patterns to drive healthcare innovation
• Engage directly with customer executives and technical stakeholders to drive strategic discussions
• Mentor and guide Solution Engineering teams, fostering a high-performance, AI-native culture
• Drive architecture design, prototyping strategy, and proof-of-value development
• Collaborate with Productization, GTM, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth solution handoffs
• Identify emerging healthcare AI trends and contribute to the development of differentiated AI offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science
• Experience working with healthcare data standards and interoperability frameworks (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR data models and clinical/administrative datasets
• Familiarity with healthcare business processes such as claims processing, care management, and revenue cycle management

• Deep healthcare domain expertise
• Solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including payers, providers, and pharmacy
