Senior Manager- AI Strategy & Product

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across marketing, product management, and operational workflows
• Develop business cases, opportunity sizings, value realization frameworks, and investment recommendations
• Shape AI-enabled product and workflow visions to improve efficiency for marketers and operational teams
• Partner with Product, Design, and Technology teams to define opportunities before pilot execution
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, vendors, and partners through build-buy-partner assessments
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams

Requirements

• MBA required
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, innovation, or product strategy
• Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and commercial acumen
• Proven ability to develop business cases and executive-level presentations
• Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, and emerging technology trends
• Demonstrated passion for AI with evidence of hands-on experimentation or practical application

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or strategy organization
• Experience in Product Management, Design Thinking, or Human-Centered Design
• Experience evaluating technology vendors or enterprise software platforms
• Familiarity with AI agents, enterprise GenAI platforms, and AI-powered productivity tools
• Background in marketing technology, digital product, SaaS, or technology organizations
