Senior Manager - AI Security Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and execute the long-term vision and product roadmap for AI security tools and platforms
• Translate complex AI security requirements into functional user stories and maintain a prioritized product backlog
• Lead cross-functional engineering and data science squads through Agile sprints to ensure timely feature delivery
• Coordinate with senior business leaders, risk officers, and technical leads to align product features with commercial and security objectives
• Drive internal onboarding and adoption of AI security products across development, data science, and security teams
• Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in technical product management or delivery lead roles, specifically focused on cybersecurity, data platforms, or AI/ML tools
• Practical experience operating within a regulated banking environment and complying with institutional risk standards
• Proven experience in a client-facing consultancy or professional services capacity
• Documented experience working alongside security engineers, data scientists, and enterprise architects
• Foundational understanding of methodologies used to secure AI pipelines, LLMs, and cloud data environments
• Mastery of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and enterprise planning tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong ability to communicate technical and business value to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile/Scrum certifications such as CSPO, PMI-ACP, or SAFe POPM
• Conceptual understanding of MLOps pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
• Knowledge of modern security principles like Zero Trust and defense-in-depth applied to model architectures
