Senior Manager - AI Process Design

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, optimization, and scaling of AI-driven business processes to drive measurable outcomes and reduce risk across the utility enterprise
• Map technology and AI opportunities to business capabilities and prioritize high-impact initiatives
• Translate operational problems into measurable AI use cases such as predictive maintenance and demand forecasting
• Lead cross-functional workshops with business, OT, legal, and IT stakeholders to co-design implementation roadmaps
• Coordinate with data scientists and architects to ensure AI-ready data, observability, and model orchestration
• Embed AI governance and risk controls, including explainability, fairness, and privacy, into project lifecycles
• Define and track KPIs tied to business outcomes, operational efficiency, and AI agent effectiveness
• Evaluate vendor pricing, licensing, and SLAs while collaborating with procurement for lifecycle support
• Support pilot-to-production transitions and coordinate ongoing model validation and drift detection

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in power & utilities or adjacent heavy asset industries
• Exposure to OT/SCADA/ADMS environments and asset management programs
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale digital or AI initiatives
• Strong ability to facilitate stakeholder engagement and drive human-centric change management
• Proficiency in defining ROI and tracking impact across strategic and operational levers
