Senior Manager, AI & Org Transformation

Responsibilities

• Define the people strategy for AI adoption across Product Development & Engineering, covering workforce implications and role evolution
• Build and maintain an AI transformation roadmap aligned to enterprise AI initiatives
• Monitor GenAI and agentic AI trends to translate them into actionable workforce strategy
• Develop KPIs to track AI adoption, workforce readiness, and productivity impact
• Lead org design analysis and role redesign efforts tied to AI adoption
• Apply task-level decomposition to determine human-led vs. AI-augmented work
• Identify high-priority workflows affected by AI and lead redesign efforts
• Lead change planning, including stakeholder engagement and communications strategy
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards to connect AI-driven job design to hiring and compensation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in people strategy, org design, or workforce/business transformation
• Experience with AI/automation platforms like Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or ChatGPT Enterprise
• Prior consulting or internal transformation experience in AI or digital transformation
• At least 3 years working directly in or alongside technical functions (Product Development, Engineering, R&D, or Data)
• Expert working knowledge of AI, GenAI, and agentic AI concepts
• Experience in workflow mapping, task analysis, or business process improvement
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills for C-suite presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or MBA
• Experience in consumer products, hardware, or technology companies with high SKU complexity
• Familiarity with org design methodologies like Galbraith Star Model or Kates Kesler
• Familiarity with digital org design tools like OrgVue
• Familiarity with task decomposition tools such as Gloat, Reejig, or Mercer Work Design
